Paralegal (fluent in Japanese)

TeleSolv Consulting is searching for a Paralegal to support a federal government contract in Washington, DC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review responsive records located in search results that used key word searches to determine if any duplicative material was captured and remove those duplicates. 
  • Conduct line-by-line examination to identify and protect privileged information.
  • Identify and redact privileged information to protect it from disclosure, using Adobe or Ringtail software. 
  • Prepare the documents for review by an Assistant General Counsel or an Attorney Advisor including setting the proposed redactions.
  • Bates label documents.
  • Conduct research. 
  • Assist in creation and updating of administrative and production reports and trackers.  
  • Scan images of documents as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Fully fluent and able to conduct research in Japanese
  • Minimum of five (5) years of document review and litigation experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access or other data bases, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Proficiency in Ringtail preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance

  • There may be a need to work overtime depending on work and caseload.
