TeleSolv Consulting is searching for a Project Manager direct a team of administrative staff (Secretaries and Executive Assistants) in support of a federal government contract in Washington, DC. The Project Manager supervises staff performing services and serves as the primary point of contact between TeleSolv Consulting and the Contracting Officers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the technical and contract management of all work assigned under the contract.
  • Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations of the contractor personnel.
  • Responsible for training and development, assigning work, meeting deadlines and completing reports and work plans as required by the contract.
  • Implements and enforces Government and contractor company policies.
  • Monitors performance of staff and provides coaching, mentoring, counseling direction, etc. to staff when issues requiring intervention arise.

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five (5) years of recent leadership experience (teams of10 or more employees)
  • The ability to interact successfully with senior government program officials and stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Federal government security clearance. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in administrative and executive support operations
  • Professional certification (PMP, SHRM, LSS)
  • Knowledge of and experience with Federal contracting
