TeleSolv Consulting is searching for a part-time (15 hours per week) Recruiter to support its Corporate Office in Washington, DC. The Recruiter will perform full-cycle recruiting of candidates and advise the Human Resources Department on best recruitment practices.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct effective interviews, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations
  • Work with Human Resources and Project Managers to develop recruiting and interview plans and write job descriptions
  • Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit qualified candidates
  • Improve the company website recruitment section
  • Determine candidate qualifications through several rounds of interviewing, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Conduct follow-ups with Project Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast paced, full-cycle recruiting environment
  • Experience in the recruitment of candidates who possess a US Government security clearance
  • Knowledge of the government contract industry and the contract bid proposal process
  • Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in a fast paced, full-cycle recruiting environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the government contract industry and the contract bid proposal process

Other Requirements:
  • Candidate must be amenable to work schedule changes
