TeleSolv Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This opportunity is best suited for a driven and detail-oriented individual with analytical, customer service, and office support experience, and a strong desire to learn and continue on a path to project management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support coordination of contract activities and requirements between the Corporate Office and designated stakeholders, which may include project teams, partners, and agencies
  • Serve as point of contact for employees in remote locations
  • Assist in conducting research, including data collection and compilation
  • Conduct and deliver course-of-action analyses
  • Ensure completion of projects or tasks within set deliverable deadlines and budget constraints
  • Communicate changes in deadlines, schedules, etc. to all required parties
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and updates for the designated Project Manager, on a daily/weekly basis
  • Create/maintain SharePoint sites for company employees and contractors
  • Assist with recruitment of project employees
  • Serve as first-level reviewer/approver of timesheet submissions and leave requests
  • Prepare/present information to designated groups
  • Input and manipulate data and generate reports from various information systems
  • Train new and existing employees on systems and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of materials and conversations that take place in the office
  • Perform other duties as required by the position
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting (e.g., collecting, analyzing and reporting information) service-oriented business operations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate/convey company positions, verbally and in writing, to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures while performing tasks in both team and independent settings, and take initiative within in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to include Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with timekeeping systems or processes
  • 2-4 years of reports preparation, operations support, customer service, and Federal contracting experience
  • $50,0000 to $65,000/annually
  • 2 weeks of paid vacation leave/annually; 1 week of sick leave/annually
  • Health benefits: significant portion paid by company
  • 1-3 years of reports preparation, operations support, customer service, and Federal contracting experience
  • Telework option (up to a day/week) may apply after 3-month period
