Position Summary:
TeleSolv is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support a Federal project.
Responsibilities include:
  • Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Providing customer service to organization employees
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendars for management team
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Maintaining level of proficiency for HR enterprise systems (specific to the Contract)
  • Providing assistance and coordination with the preparation of personnel actions (e.g. recruitments, reassignments, general actions, reorganization package documentation, etc.)
  • Developing and presenting reports that involve both status of work and client/customer satisfaction
  • Developing, presenting, and delivering to the Government operating procedures and work flow process maps specific to the contract
