Program Manager
The Contractor Project Manager (CPM) will be the primarily conduit of all aspects of this contract with the Government. The CPM shall be responsible for the monitoring and reporting aspects of this contract, and be responsive to managing and reporting cost, schedule and performance. The Contractor shall establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to this requirement. The CPM shall be responsible for managing contract employees, contract activities, and the related administrative processing (invoices, background investigation coordination, travel, leave, etc.). The Contractor shall manage contract employees in a manner which mitigates risks associated with the perception of joint employee-employer liability concerns. The Contractor shall maintain continuity of services and support operations at customer locations and the Contractor's corporate offices.  

The CPM will be located in Asheville, NC.
In addition, the CPM shall:
  • Be available to the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and Technical Leads to respond to their questions and inquiries.
  • Ensure the continuity of services, quality standards, and deadlines are being met.
  • Report on innovations to improve quality and efficiencies.
  • Conduct meetings with COR, and Technical Leads/Task Managers as required for reporting, planning and technical oversight of tasks.
  • Coordinate with Customer Site Manager(s) and Trusted Agents for the provision of government furnished spaces and equipment, and HSPD-12 compliance.
  • Comply with regulations and policies associated with contractor badging, annual training, organizational health and emergency management protocols.
