TeleSolv Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Transition Manager.

Position Summary:
The Transition Manager (TM) will lead the contract transition (phase-in) of geographically-dispersed service operations performed by over 300 employees at multiple locations.
 
Position Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute Transition Plan (Phase-In) and create Phase-Out Plan;
  • Track and report progress daily to designated company executives;
  • Visit performance locations to direct and oversee transition activities;
  • Lead transition discussions to include the Contract Kickoff Meeting with the Government and incumbent contractor.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Five (5) years of Federal contract management experience;
  • Transition experience with staff counts consistent with this requirement;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
  • Active Federal security clearance, or the ability to receive/obtain one;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with flexibility, creativity and persistence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • U.S. Citizenship.
