TeleSolv Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager.

Position Summary:
The Program Manager (PM) will oversee geographically-dispersed service operations performed by over 300 employees at multiple locations. Under the PM’s leadership, a centrally-located Program Management Office (PMO) will drive functions in key areas to include communications, and human capital, quality, and training programs to achieve performance objectives. The PM should approach the performance of the engagement with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation, looking for opportunities to progressively improve the quality and effectiveness of program and project processes and procedures. The PM will routinely capture and report on relevant program and project metrics and develop organizational strategies to address unique client challenges.  After the client approves processes and strategies, the PM is responsible for working with and directing the project team to achieve desired results.

Position Responsibilities: 
  • Directs program activities to meet client and company objectives, and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate completion of required activities, and solve problems;
  • Responsible for supporting profitability and revenue growth of objectives of all assigned projects; 
  • Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to executive leadership;
  • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Five (5) years of Federal contract management experience;
  • Management/oversight of contracts with staff counts consistent with this requirement;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
  • Active Federal security clearance, or the ability to receive/obtain one;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with flexibility, creativity and persistence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • U.S. Citizenship
