Position Summary:
The professional that we seek to hire will support Federal programs by providing Project Management expertise. In addition, the candidate should be capable of supporting related acquisition tasks and activities. The Project Manager (PM) will assign tasks to personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall Task Order performance. The PM will be readily available to respond to customer questions, concerns, and comments. The PM shall proactively inform the Government of potential contractual or programmatic issues.
Position Responsibilities: 
  • Leads the project teams’ successful completion of all tasks on assigned projects;
  • Directs program activities to meet client and company objectives, and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate completion of required activities, and solve problems;
  • Oversees requirements management and change control activities;
  • Responsible for supporting profitability and revenue growth of objectives of all assigned projects; 
  • Assures quality of project products, services, and deliverables, including conducting in reviews, audits, and site visits;
  • Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to executive leadership;
  • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards; 
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline;
  • 10 years of relevant project management experience;
  • Experience managing operations with dozens of staff members;
  • Professional certification (PMP);
  • Active Federal security clearance, or the ability to receive/obtain one;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with flexibility, creativity and persistence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
