Our Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager, who will work on a full-time basis to supervise operational support staff at approximately six (6) locations. The Project Manager will be assigned to an office in Kansas City, MO.  This position requires regional travel (<10%).

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise personnel performing operational support for a Federal agency.
  • Assign work to personnel and coordinate work actions with the client point of contact.
  • Coordinate with the client point of contact work hours of employees, start/stop delays, telework arrangements, workspace set-up.
  • Conduct inspection and monitoring of contractor staff hours and services, utilizing spot checks and other methods.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between TeleSolv and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Coordinate with COR/ACORS/GTMs to provide appropriate technical and procedural direction to contractor staff.
  • Meet with the COR as needed regarding contractor performance and/or conduct, planning, and status updates.
  • Inform the COR of all issues requiring Government attention.
  • Implement and enforce Government and TeleSolv policies with assigned staff.
  • Monitor performance of company staff and provides coaching, mentoring, counseling direction, etc. to personnel when issues requiring intervention arise.
The Project Manager must work a minimum of eight (8) hours per day; between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or a Related Field.  Professional Certification(s) (such as a PMP) and extensive related experience can be substituted for degree.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills so that they can delegate tasks, motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
