Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Research alternatives and collaborates in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems for electronic records management.
  • Functions as the Federal Records Center (FRC) Coordinator.
  • Provides excellent customer service; works with staff and client in a professional, tactful, diplomatic manner, with a positive attitude.
  • Administers the organization’s Records Management program to align with the agency’s business and mission needs.
  • Conducts visual audits and provides advice and guidance to records liaisons and records custodians on Records Management lifecycle requirements.
  • Modernizes records management functions by managing the transition of agency paper records to electronic records.
  • Provides records center documentation and assists with File Plan development.
  • Meets with program and management staff to analyze, design, and recommend new or improved methods, procedures and operations involving program and administrative records procedures.
  • Advises, assists, and informs supervisors/managers and other field office personnel regarding interpretation, application, and utilization of records management procedures.
  • Provides file maintenance such as reviewing, sorting and in filing incoming records. 
  • Creates new files, responsible for handling.
  • Utilizes Versatile Enterprise records tracking system and other implemented systems.
  • Enters records into Versatile Enterprise automated records tracking system.
  • Assists with training and attends all mandatory training, in-services, company, and client meetings.
  • Assists with archiving material in all formats for storage.
  • Responds to customer inquiries by searching database, researching information, pulling files and/or recalling material.
  • Provides excellent customer service; works with staff and client in a professional, tactful, diplomatic manner, with a positive attitude.
  • Performs multiple tasks using problem-solving techniques and analytical skills with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of TeleSolv Consulting information and complies with policies and procedures.
  • Completes other duties and/or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Three (3) years demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Analyzing records management laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Processing electronic records and content management that supports the entire lifecycle of agency records.
  • Knowledge of the principles and concepts of information governance of various phases of records information management.
  • Knowledge of the complete records process and content management framework that supports the entire lifecycle of agency records.
  • Knowledge of analyzing records management business practices by providing recommendations to improved workflow and create efficiencies by making use of automated tools, systems, and technology. 
  • Developing procedures and training modules.
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • COVID-19 vaccination; or an approved medical or religious exemption.
