Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Compile, review, and evaluate data to ensure adherence to establish program goals and objectives.
  • Informs management on potential risks to program success based on available data or other program information.
  • Make recommendations using established rules and procedures in unprecedented situations.
  • Respond to and deescalate challenging and contentious customer inquiries.
  • Provide guidance to staff on applying rules and procedures concerning pre-employment requirements sufficient to perform a segment of HR functions and to provide clerical, technical, and administrative support to the staffing program.
  • Provide guidance and training on reviewing pre-employment documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Conducts HR Internet searches, prepares a variety of reports, enters data, and completes forms using a personal computer and office automation software.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of TeleSolv Consulting information.
  • Work with staff and client in a professional, tactful, diplomatic manner, with a positive attitude.
  • Attend all mandatory training, in-services, company, and client meetings.
  • Comply with all TeleSolv Consulting policies and procedures.
  • Other duties and/or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the following:
    • Reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
    • Proficiency in oral and written communications and ability to follow oral and written directions to complete assigned tasks.
    • Performing problem-solving techniques and demonstrating analytical skills.
    • Performing multiple tasks and working well with others.
    • Organizing work and establishing priorities.
    • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
