Duties / Responsibilities:
Applies rules and procedures concerning pre-employment requirements sufficient to perform a segment of HR functions and to provide clerical, technical, and administrative support to the staffing program.
Reviews pre-employment documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Provides exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries concerning HR services, procedures, alternatives and requirements via telephone and email.
Conducts HR Internet searches, prepares a variety of reports, enters data, and completes forms using a personal computer and office automation software.
Maintain strict confidentiality of TeleSolv Consulting information.
Work with staff and client in a professional, tactful, diplomatic manner, with a positive attitude.
Attend all mandatory training, in-services, company, and client meetings.
Comply with all TeleSolv Consulting policies and procedures.
Other duties and/or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis.
Active Public Trust Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
One (1) year of demonstrated experience in the following:
Reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
Proficiency in oral and written communications and ability to follow oral and written directions to complete assigned tasks.
Performing problem-solving techniques and demonstrating analytical skills.
Performing multiple tasks and working well with others.
Organizing work and establishing priorities.
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
