The DeputyProgram Manager will act as the Program Manager in the Program Manager’s absence to lead the effort to perform a variety of records/file management tasks, described below, at designated USCIS Field Operations Directorate Field Offices, USCIS Fraud Detection and National Security Offices, as appropriate, and the Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) locations. USCIS (through its TPOC) will, on a regular basis, provide the contractor with specific (local) guidance on the priority and timeframes with which the contractor will direct and manage its resources to accomplish these tasks.
Duties / Responsibilities: The DeputyProgram Manager shall:
Be present at the requested office location at USCIS Headquarters (or other USCISdesignated location, within 50 miles of USCIS Headquarters) for in-person meetings with USCIS personnel, within two (2) consecutive business hours of notification of such meetings by USCIS.
Develop complex statistical analysis, cost estimates, and analytical reports.
Provide oral and written communication in order to conduct business briefings and presentations.
Provide interpersonal communication and organization leadership to coordinate project
activities with TeleSolv Consulting team members and USCIS representatives, conduct fact-finding for special projects and to respond timely to USCIS inquiries, and/or present oral briefings to USCIS management officials.
Identify and recommend new approaches to improve quality, cost, and process inefficiencies.
Bachelor's degree preferably in one of the following disciplines: Planning/ProgramManagement, Business or Public Administration, Technical Management, or related fields or demonstrated, specialized experience of eight (8) years or more supporting a large-scale records program or operation may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Five (5) years of business/operational experience, within the past seven (7) years.
Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
Three (3) years of experience with developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
