The USCIS FDNS directorate leads the agency’s effort to ensure the integrity of the nation’s immigration benefits process. The primary mission of FDNS is to determine whether individuals or organizations filing for immigration benefits pose a threat to national security, public safety, or the integrity of the nation’s legal immigration system. The Site Manager will lead the effort to provide FDNS Center Fraud Detection Operations (CFDO) with support concerning administrative duties, data collection, data entry, validation efforts and operations support.

Duties / Responsibilities:
The Site Manager shall provide weekly, monthly, and annual narrative reports. The reports shall include:
  • Weekly:
    • Production trends, progress, backlogs, and accomplishments.
    • Issues/problems, proposed/implemented solutions, and corrective actions.
    • Number of full-time employees (FTEs) at the end of the period
    • Upcoming plans; and
    • Any other items of significance.
  • Monthly and annually:
    • Current staffing chart (roster) for each center.
    • Turnover rates of employees including changes in key personnel, delays in hiring/onboarding/clearance or any other staffing issues.
    • Contract expenditures of actuals and forecasts.
    • Any new procedures or process improvements being considered.
    • Statistical data on the volume of mail, applications and records processed, and any difficulties or delays in meeting milestones.
    • The contractor’s analysis of the success of the overall management of the program; and
    • Recommendations to refine the program.

Minimum Requirements​​
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three (3) years of overall project management experience obtained within the last five (5) years, including:
    • Management of a project and/or contract more than $5 million; or
    • Supervision of fifty (50) employees or more supporting a project and/or contract is required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
