Junior Business Consultant

This is primarily remote with onsite presence only when required.

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assistance in government business practices, business re-engineering, business process development, business metrics development, facility as well as workforce planning, communications as well as marketing planning, and management-related issues as designated in specific tasks order(s). 
    Provide guidance and direction for multiple projects in implementing various IT projects.
  • Manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.
  • Coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Create, set up, administer, and manage SharePoint sites, including tagging and appropriate data management structure.
  • Provide organization and version control to acquisition documents.
  • Attend all meetings, facilitate when requested, document decisions, and provide minutes to participants.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Seven (7) years of experience following their Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
  • Active Public Trust: or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
Preferred Requirements:
  • One (1) year of demonstrated proficiency using the following Microsoft applications: Project, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Visio.
