Project Manager III

Join the TeleSolv Consulting Team on our mission to provide quality and unparalleled service to our clients.  We are a growing organization that provides a variety of professional and administrative services to public and private organizations with global operations.  Our company has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager Level III to lead a team and provide expert analysis and consultation for services for a federal client located in the Kearneysville, WV area. This position is a hybrid position requiring some onsite presence.

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and direction for multiple projects in implementing business process development, business reengineering, and strategic business projects
  • Manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints
  • Coordinate across teams and with a variety of stakeholders to review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans and integrated master schedules                           
  • Managing projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints
  • Leading and facilitating client meetings and exercises
  • Identifying strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes
  • Mapping complex business processes and communicating processes solutions to the client
  • Creating project status briefings and reports
  • Developing project artifacts including charters, agendas, minutes, and correspondence
  • Identifying risks and issues to the trajectory of the project and developing risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop project reporting quad-charts and facilitate Program Management Reviews
  • Assist Project Managers with various day to day activities
Minimum Requirements:​​
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Seven (7) years of experience in managing projects with a focus on business processes or Information Technology (IT) project management
  • Clearance: Public Trust
Preferred Requirements:​​
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Project Online, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarization with Software As a Service (SaaS) such as Salesforce
  • Proven ability to support multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a deadline driven process.
  • Familiarization with DHS System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC)
  • Familiarization with BMC’s Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
  • Familiarization with DoD/DHS Information Assurance and Cyber Security
  • Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies
  • Experience with document control, facilitation and meeting management
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Technology Systems
  • Familiarization with Cloud Managed Services
