Project Manager III

Our company has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager Level III to lead a team and provide expert analysis and consultation for services for a federal client located in the Kearneysville, WV area. This position is a hybrid position requiring some onsite presence.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction for multiple projects in implementing business process development, business reengineering, and strategic business projects
- Manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints
- Coordinate across teams and with a variety of stakeholders to review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans and integrated master schedules
- Managing projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints
- Leading and facilitating client meetings and exercises
- Identifying strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes
- Mapping complex business processes and communicating processes solutions to the client
- Creating project status briefings and reports
- Developing project artifacts including charters, agendas, minutes, and correspondence
- Identifying risks and issues to the trajectory of the project and developing risk mitigation strategies
- Develop project reporting quad-charts and facilitate Program Management Reviews
- Assist Project Managers with various day to day activities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Seven (7) years of experience in managing projects with a focus on business processes or Information Technology (IT) project management
- Clearance: Public Trust
- Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Project Online, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarization with Software As a Service (SaaS) such as Salesforce
- Proven ability to support multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a deadline driven process.
- Familiarization with DHS System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC)
- Familiarization with BMC’s Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
- Familiarization with DoD/DHS Information Assurance and Cyber Security
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies
- Experience with document control, facilitation and meeting management
- Experience with Human Resource Information Technology Systems
- Familiarization with Cloud Managed Services
