This position requires onsite presence.

About The Position:

The Training Supervisor plans, directs, organizes, controls, and manages the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner.

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Plans, directs, organizes, controls, and manages the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner. Key responsibilities include:
  • Training, teaching, developing guides, aids, and supporting material for the adherence of all contract training requirements.
  • Contract analysis and development tasks in projects, formulating and enforcing work standards, developing schedules, reviewing work discrepancies and communicate policies, managing and controlling resources, and serving as point of contact with DHS CORs/Task Monitors.
Minimum Requirements​​
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree.
  • Two (2) years in business management or in a supervisory training role, to include call center or communication center operations.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
