The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for the successful management and accomplishment of the contract. Qualified candidates must possess the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and direct support to headquarters and field management staff when relating to quality management.
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring management information systems that focus on long and short range polices that continuously improves quality production processes.
Serve as communications bridge between Headquarters, Regional and District leadership and other USCIS directorates and offices pertaining to quality management, production, and data integrity issues, ensuring the effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.
Assist with special projects, personally and through team members. Coordinate and participate in regular teleconference calls, meetings and communications between the field offices, Headquarters, and other stakeholders.
Prepare reports using detailed statistical analysis regarding quality management program activities, production statistics and data integrity issues for submission to appropriate offices.
Responsible for creating periodic reports.
Minimum General Experience
Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Planning/Program Management, Business or Public Administration, Technical Management, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand proficiently in English.
Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
Demonstrated ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
