Our company is searching for an experienced Site Manager for a multi-year, multi-location contract for one of our federal government clients.

Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for the Records Operation and timely delivery of all deliverables at designated District Office site.
Monitors data entry, mail and file operations, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with the contract.
Plans and coordinates with other Contract Supervisors and Quality Control personnel.
Directs, assists, and provides guidance to the Contract Supervisors in various functional areas, establishes priorities and reallocates resources as needed to meet established goals.
Provides guidance on issues such as administration, property control, facility maintenance, safety, security, customer service, and daily production and staffing as required by the contract,
Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports to the Operations / Deputy Operations Assurance Managers, PMO, and/or customer which include production reports, customer service reports, employee timesheet reports, employee training records and evaluations, quarterly inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Significant Incident Reports, and other documents as necessary or requested.
Maintains close coordination on operational issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience.
Two (2) years of management experience where you led teams of 30+ people.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand proficiently in English.
Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
Demonstrated ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
