Duties / Responsibilities:
The Business Consultant II shall provide support and assistance in government business practices, business re-engineering, business process development, business metrics development, facility and workforce planning, communications and marketing planning, and management-related issues as designated in specific tasks order(s). The Business Consultant II must be an organized self-starter, comfortable with engaging with organizational leaders. The Business Consultant II documents and facilitates meetings and provides organizational support for team workshops as needed.

  • Provide guidance and direction for multiple projects in implementing various IT projects.
  • Manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.
  • Coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Create, set up, administer, and manage SharePoint sites, including tagging and appropriate data management structure.
  • Provide organization and version control to acquisition documents.
  • Attend all meetings, facilitate when requested, document decisions, and provide minutes to participants.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Acquisition Team. 
Minimum Requirements:​​
  • Active Public Trust or higher; or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7 years of experience following their Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience conducting detailed research and analysis of technical data.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
Preferred Requirements:
  • 1 year of demonstrated proficiency using the following Microsoft applications: Project, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Visio.
