Senior Subject Matter Expert – Cyber

Join the TeleSolv Consulting Team on our mission to provide quality and unparalleled service to our clients.  We are a growing organization that provides a variety of professional and administrative services to public and private organizations with global operations. Our company has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert - Cyber to lead a team and provide expert analysis and consultation for services for a federal client.  This position requires onsite work two (2) days or more per week in the Washington, DC or Alexandria, VA location.

Duties / Responsibilities:
The Senior Subject Matter Expert shall provide support and assistance in:
  • Identifying training courses of action and track path forward.
  • Developing and managing individual learning plans for each CMT and CPT work role
  • Maintaining Master/Unit Training List updates.
  • Outlining the process and support execution in gaining appropriate authorities for offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) missions.
  • Planning for facility requirements and track lease agreements.
  • Gathering mission requirements and distill for leadership to better grasp mission needs
  • Developing workflow in support of requirements and or to assist with communicating the mission vision.
  • Supporting development of cyber effects operations (CEO) blueprint and execution plans, and track progress against execution plans.
  • Supporting requirements identification and build-out and use of Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE), to include drafting training material and other documentation as needed.
  • Developing and maintaining risk register and identify mitigation.
  • Preparing for and facilitating weekly stakeholder meetings.
 Minimum Requirements​​:
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Electronics Engineering Technology; Computer Engineering; Computer Science; Information Technology; Business Management; or a related field. plus, fourteen (14) years of experience in business process development, re-engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Electronics Engineering Technology; Computer Engineering; Computer Science; Information Technology; Business Management; or a related field plus, sixteen (16) years of experience in business process development, re-engineering, or management.
  • Onsite work two (2) days or more per week in Washington, DC or Alexandria, VA location.
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in all of the following areas:
    • Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
    • Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives.
    • Familiarity with statements of work development, requirements management practices, and specifications development.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of project management and project management best practices.
  • PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with NIST National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework, and or the Defense Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF).
