Duties / Responsibilities:
The Management Consultant shall perform the following duties/responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance and direction for multiple projects, business process development, business re-engineering, and strategic business.
  • Managing projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes
  • Providing strategic advice and program management expertise and planning for USCG programs including determining a path forward to provide an optimized cost effective, elastic scalable solution.
  • Conducting detailed research and analysis of technical data and work with interagency partners to develop strategy and recommendations
  • Coordinating all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Reading and interpreting government policy, regulations, and directives, and to apply those interpretations when directed by the Project Manager or designee fully and legally to all PWS activities.
  • Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with executive level personnel.
Minimum Requirements:​​
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Four (4) years of experience in direct support of the USCG, Government Agencies supporting defense, Homeland Security, or law enforcement missions.
  • Relevant experience is:
