The individual will provide day-to-day operational support to the government agency, assisting in the overall efficiency of program operations.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Prepares a variety of reports and researches findings to ensure programs are operating effectively in assigned organizations.
  • Supports organizational analyses of operations and programs to assess effectiveness in meeting organizational and program goals, metrics and objectives, and overall efficiency and economy of operations.
  • Supports the management of program data including data entry, oversight of data accuracy and monitoring data for situations that require action.
  • Participates in program workflow including data entry, systems support, and coordination efforts.
  • Provides recommendations associated with reviews of programs and functions, and assists and in developing methods and strategies to improve program administration and effectiveness. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field(s), or at least two (2) consecutive years of successful experience employed as a program coordinator, analyst, or manager.
  • Active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in the following areas:
    • Computer software skills.
    • Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
